Leonor Almeida (stage name – quechata) is an illustrator and designer with a degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Porto.

As a co-founder of the artistic collective Entretanto, she actively participates in various exhibitions and publications.

Blending digital and traditional techniques, Leonor has been illustrating children's books, including A Aventurosa Viagem do Pátria, published by Edições Afrontamento in 2024. She also contributed to the collaborative book 50 Abris, published by Truz Truz Editora, and created a captivating cover illustration for Phi Magazine in London.

Her portfolio showcases a diverse range of illustration and design projects, reflecting her versatility in the visual arts.
Notably, she was one of the featured artists in the 2023 edition of the public exhibition Poster Mostra in Marvila, Lisbon, and received an honorable mention at the Lisbon Green Capital Award.
